Refund policy

At Ved Vama, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products. Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we accept returns or replacements only under specific conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only if:

  • You receive a wrong product

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive an expired product

  • You receive a defective product

We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike of fragrance, texture, personal preference, or change of mind.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or replacement request:

  • You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is unopened.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

    • Opening of the parcel

    • The product condition inside

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claim.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  2. Include the following details:

    • Order Number

    • Full Name

    • Contact Number

    • Clear images of the product

    • Unboxing video (attached or via shareable link)

    • Description of the issue

Verification Process

  • Our team will review the submitted details.

  • If the claim is found valid after verification, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement product at no additional cost.

  • The replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days after approval.

Refund Policy

Currently, Ved Vama offers replacement only for eligible cases.

Refunds are not provided unless:

  • The replacement product is unavailable.

In such cases, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

Important Notes

  • Claims made without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Ved Vama reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
